People worth starting over for
We exist to walk alongside people on the road from crisis to independence. Not for a moment, not for a campaign, but for as long as that road actually takes.
It started in Gdańsk
The foundation was established on 6 February 2026 by Krzysztof Wiśniewski and Amy Wiśniewska (pictured) in Gdańsk. Our activity is open-ended and covers projects both in Poland and in cooperation with partners abroad.
From the start we knew that emergency help alone isn’t enough. Someone coming out of a crisis needs a place, time, and people beside them. That’s why we run training homes, where we stay with someone through the whole journey, from the first conversation to the moment they can manage on their own.
Why we exist
The foundation’s mission is to restore hope and create a space where a person can receive help, rebuild their life, discover their potential and find their place in society again.
Human dignity
Everyone who comes to us is a person first, and only then the story behind them.
Christian values
The foundation of our work, which we translate into practical help and the common good.
Community and family
We support families and healthy relationships, because no one rebuilds a life alone.
Agency
The goal isn't endless care, but the moment someone starts making their own decisions again.
People and families in crisis
We want to help, above all, people and families in crisis, in a difficult life situation, or at risk of social exclusion. We pay particular attention to people experiencing addiction, violence, personal and family crises, and difficulty returning to an independent, active life.
We also want to support people who need personal, social and professional development, helping them discover their own potential, build skills, regain a sense of agency and find their place in society. We also want our help to reach families, community groups, and people in need of spiritual, psychological, therapeutic or material support.
- People in crisis or at risk of exclusion
- People struggling with addiction or co-dependency
- Families of inmates
- People returning to the job market
The people behind it
The foundation is run by its founders, supported by the Foundation Council and a team of specialists.
Joanna Kasprzyk
An experienced leader and mentor who supports people in their personal and spiritual life. She combines practical guidance with deep sensitivity, helping people face hurt, rejection and crisis, and regain inner strength, hope and direction.
Wojtek Kasprzyk
An experienced leader who supports people through moments of crisis, difficulty and life struggles, helping them find the right path. He doesn’t limit himself to giving advice, but walks with a person through the whole process of change, leading them toward freedom, rebuilding and a new beginning.
Sebastian Bastek
Someone with an analytical, multi-dimensional approach who can view a situation from different perspectives, spotting its causes, dependencies and possible solutions. He helps map out the best path toward lasting, conscious and real change in a person’s life.
Our Specialists
A team of specialists who support the foundation with their knowledge and experience.
Iga Zacher-Czempa
A talent trainer, Gallup CliftonStrengths consultant, coach and mentor. She helps people discover their greatest strengths, understand themselves better, and consciously choose their direction.

Your support becomes a real path forward
You’re not funding declarations. You’re funding a place in a training home, a session with a therapist, a vocational course, and a way back to family.
- We help where support usually runs out fastest
- We walk the whole path, not a one-off intervention
- We are registered in the KRS and publish activity reports
